Mount Kinabalu Climb
This is always the priority for climbers. Please make sure that you have your accommodation at 11000 feet secured before buying air tickets. Be rest assured that even though
your legs are hurting so much, you could still continue to do other activities such as white water rafting and island hoping because it doesn't use much of your legs muscles. Pain after climbing is a usual phenomena. It should go away after one week and leave you with firm and tone legs.

Poring Hotspring
Poring Hotspring is a natural hotspring area. Climbers usually take a dip there after 2 days of climbing. Facilities there include tubs for hotspring
water, pool, changing room, food and beverage outlets and lodging.

White Water Rafting, Padas River
This is a full one day tour, starting with pick-up from Kota Kinabalu, participants will brought on road for 1 hour 30 minutes to Beaufort. From Beaufort town, participants hop on a 1 hour 45 minutes ride upstream until the starting point. Raft down for 9 km and end at the ending point for buffet lunch. By the time you reach Kota Kinabalu, it would be about 7 pm.

Garama Wetland
It is a place for you to get the best view of the extraordinary proboscis monkey found no where else in the world. It is a very relaxing tour, you go on a cruise and watch the monkeys from the waters and walk the wooden planks to watch sunset.

Kiulu Homestay
Kiulu Homestay is located in a village of Kiulu. The majestic mountain can be viewed from here. The villagers are of the Kadazan Dusun tribes. They live a very moderate lifestyle, planting paddy, rearing fish and staying on the slopes of the hills. Visitors can be adopted into one of the families there for a few days. During the hosting period, you will learn about their traditional dances, handicrafts, plant paddy, visit pineapple plantation and jungle trek to the nearest waterfall. It will sure be a memorable experience for both locals and foreign tourists.
